Austad’s golf has been a family affair since its founding in 1963 when Oscar Austad, started the first Golf catalog in America from his home. In the beginning, Mom would type up the catalogs, the children would put labels on them, and everyone helped fill orders when they came in. The early 1960s was the time people wents to Pro shops to be custom fitted. There was definitely a demand for good quality golf equipment at fair prices because Austad's exploded with growth.

Today, Audstad’s operates 11 retail stores throughout the Midwest but continues to mail out the Catalog as Dad did over 40 years ago. We also serve our customers through a dynamic Website constantly refreshing the merchandize with new innovations.
